• Hello, I’m Rachel Nalum, Owner and Stylist here at RLN Interiors, established in 2018.  I have been obsessed with interior design and houses since I was a little girl. In fact, my Dad gave me the nickname “Queen Kong” because I could move my bedroom furniture around (at age 3) like nobody’s business.  I would beg my Mom to drive through the “fancy” neighborhoods of our small hometown just so I could admire the beauty of the 1920’s Craftsman homes and their meticulously manicured lawns. For my eleventh birthday, my parents let me choose a fun activity to do on my special day. It wasn’t roller skating or swimming. It was a trip to Portland, Oregon to tour the latest Street of Dreams. Now that’s a typical eleventh birthday present, right? My childhood love of interior design and houses carried on well into my adulthood. I have continually helped family and friends with furniture and art placement, interior and exterior paint selections and finding just the perfect accessory for that coffee table vignette. I have immensely enjoyed renovating our 90's cookie cutter tri-level home for the past twelve years. My husband Bjorn has repeatedly asked me during our 20+ years together, “Why don’t you take this passion and turn it into the career of your dreams?” So here I am! My goal is to help you unveil your home’s fullest potential, whether you are selling or staying.

CONSULTATION AND DETAILED REPORT FOR THE "DIY"SELLER (typically 2-3 hours in the home) -

In this intensive in-home consultation, we will be using a detailed and customized Home Report to write down everything that needs to be done to get the home the best price possible. We follow an 8-step process for each room that ensures maximum return on investment (ROI) for every staging dollar spent. We’ll work with the furniture and accessories you already own and give your home a new look!  We will make note of items to pack away in order to get your home market ready. This service is designed to give you the expert advice you need to do the staging work yourself in the form of a detailed report. 

CONSULTATION + DETAILED HOME REPORT + HANDS ON STAGING DAY WITH RLN INTERIORS - 

If you’re feeling anxious with a long staging “to do list” this is the package for you.  We will roll up our sleeves and work together to get your home market ready. We’ll follow the completed Detailed Home Report and check it off as we go.

POWER SHOPPING SERVICE (shopping along with delivery and set-up at client's home) -

Working off of an agreed shopping list, I'll hit my favorite spots to identify key items that will make a huge difference in the sale of your home or style of your home.  Cash is collected up front and receipts are provided along with items to the client's home.
